    I wanted to write you and let you know how pleased my wife and I were with the service we received from Gretchen Oubre and Michael Covelli on the sale and purchase of our homes. Both the sale and purchase happened very quickly both occuring in a few days. We needed to sell our house very fast in order to remove the contingency on the offer we made on Creek which had another accepted contingent offer. Michael was very diligent in working with myself and the buyer to get a deal done, especially considering the buyer was difficult at times. He did a great job extracting me from the negotiating and dealings so the stress was not placed on my wife and I. All said and done the house sold in a day and at a price we were very happy with. Then Gretchen was able to keep us in the running for the house at Creek even though they had an accepted offer in place. I believe that her staying in contact with the Creek realtor and assuring them that a non contingent offer was coming resulted in us bumping the other offer and getting the house. Another agent may have given up once the other offer was accepted. In the end we are very happy with our experience, new house, and are still a little amazed we were able to pull it off.
