He is always looking for the next project property to reclaim and restore the original beauty of Buffalo's homes and neighborhoods with a proven successful track record of renovation and restoration.

Lynda Maywalt is partner and CFO at Maywalt Realty Group and shares with her husband Mike the same vision and dedication to Buffalo's bright future.
She is involved in all management aspects of the Realty Group's companies and handles all financials as well as strategy, planning and growth.
Lynda is a native of Western New York and has a vested interest in the success of Buffalo, its people and surrounding communities.

Michael’s expertise spans rental property and project management, with a focus on overseeing the Realty Group’s rental portfolio and managing a wide range of renovation and construction projects. As a licensed real estate agent, he actively lists and sells properties across the Western New York area.
Michael grew up in the real estate business, accompanying his father to listing appointments and project sites. He worked in all aspects of property management from painting, repair and cleaning out apartments, to weekly landscaping for 100+ properties with his brother and a crew of friends during weekends and summers while still in school.
He lives in Buffalo’s historic Black Rock neighborhood near the Maywalt Realty Group office and balances professional life with a variety of personal interests. An accomplished musician, he plays his bass across various ensembles and genres in the region. He enjoys sailing, mountain biking and road bicycle racing, skiing in the winter months and fully embracing all that Western New York and its outdoors has to offer.

For the past 19 years, Gretchen has enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers in WNY and the Southtowns area. Gretchen's extensive business experience in sales and marketing gained as owner of the Big Tree Gallery in East Aurora pairs with a BFA in Fine Art Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is an avid knitter, crocheter and painter. Finding the ideal combination of buyer and home is also an art she strives to consistently perfect. She offers a keen eye for detail to each home and property and offers a thoughtful listening ear to each prospective buyer and seller.
